MAIN FLOOR: > Entry with hall closet, equipped with iron and ironing board. > Bedroom #1 - twin day bed with pop-up trundle, dresser and closet > Bathroom #1 - full bath with stand-up shower > Kitchen - updated stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, pots/pans, grilling utensils, spices, and basic necessities > Living Room - 55" TV with Fire Stick & DVD, board games, two skylights, sliders to back deck overlooking tranquil woods. There is truly something for everyone!!! Guest access Badges are required to enjoy the amenities-- the house comes with 5 amenity badges which MUST be left at the house upon checkout! Any lost pass will be subject to a $30 replacement fee. You will receive 3 additional temporary amenity badges upon check-in at the front gate (these do NOT need to be returned at check out). Our badges include pool access. ****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental application that will be sent to you by our property manager. This will need to be completed and signed, (include the names, ages, addresses and relationship to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours prior to your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. On arrival, there is a quick check-in process at the main gate where you will receive a parking tag, and a welcome packet containing the 3 temporary amenity badges (these do not have to be returned at check out). Additional badges and passes can be purchased directly from the POA. All non-essential items provided in the home are subject to change without notice.**** Other things to note ** While our AirBnB is home to our pets, guest pets are not currently allowed. There are nearby kennels should you need. ** Our AirBnB is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival.
