We're just a few blocks from Heber Main Street, 8 minutes from Midway (Swiss Days & Soldier Hollow), 20 minutes from Park City (Ski Resorts), multiple golf courses & recreational activities within just a few minutes, and SLC International Airport within a 45 minute drive. Private paved entrance located on the side of the house. Perfect for individual or group parties whether it's for a personal or business! The space You will have private access to the basement apartment on the side of the home with access code to come and go as you would like. We have a 55” Tv, Fully stocked kitchen to cook whatever food you bring, comfy couches and Washer and Dryer with supplies for you to use. Two Private Bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, full kitchen, and family room. We have towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, & hair dryer for your use in the bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed, and closet. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds, closet, and Pack N Play in the closet. In the hallway you will find the Washer and Dryer. The living area has a table for 4, a couch (can sleep 2), games, and 55” ROKU TV. Extra blankets and pillows are in each room to keep you as comfortable as possible. Shared AC/Heater with 1st Floor so let us know if you need adjustments. We charge $15 extra per person per night for each guest after 4 people. Complimentary drinks provided for any bookings longer then 3 nights! Guest access Down the side walk along the front of the house and in the side door. Access using code provided. Patio near entrance with BBQ for your use. Make sure to turn propane off after use. Other things to note We provide complementary drinks for stays over 3 nights!
