This home is located in the center of downtown Beaufort. Steps away from local restaurants and the beautiful Waterfront Park. We provide fast Wi-Fi for those working remote and for all streaming services. We do not offer cable at this property. The space This property offers a queen sized bed - it is a studio style apartment. Parking is in the back, near the fence/gate. We offer parking for one vehicle. We understand that dogs are family, and we'd love to host your canine companions at our Beaufort home! Pictures of your fur babies are very much welcomed :) So your furry friend can join you, please observe the following guidelines: -Kindly inform us in advance of your arrival if you'll be bringing a dog including their weight. -Please dispose of all pet waste -Our policy allows for a maximum of 1 dog per stay. -A non-refundable pet fee of $110 per stay, will be applied. -Please note, this fee does not cover any potential damages or excessive waste cleanup that may occur. Other things to note 2​1+ to book 🚭This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $500 minimum to remove the smoke smell. 🧻We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay. A smart TV is provided and is available for guests to log into their own streaming services and apps. Cable tv/ live tv is not provided. No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00. Please note that Palmetto bugs are a common occurrence in Beaufort and the surrounding Lowcountry region. Due to the area’s humid climate and proximity to marshlands, these insects may occasionally be seen indoors, particularly during periods of high humidity or after heavy rainfall. Palmetto bugs are a natural part of the local environment and are not the same as cockroaches. Their presence does not indicate a lack of cleanliness or an infestation. The property is professionally cleaned and treated regularly by a licensed pest control service to minimize their occurrence. We are available via the platform app for any questions you may have. In case of an urgent emergency please call 911. *TRAVEL INSURANCE HIGHLY ADVISED* - There will be no refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, personal matters, or other things that are beyond our control. Please protect your trip by purchasing Travel Insurance. Normal wear and tear is to be expected in any lived-in space, including vacation rentals. Unless there is clear damage to the property or your stay was significantly impacted by an issue, we do not offer refunds for completed stays.
