A sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. The condo has two TVs and free WiFi for your enjoyment. Enjoy being just steps from the free year-round looping daytime shuttle providing access to downtown and all the best of Steamboat! TIMBER RUN AMENITIES - Heated pool (outdoor and open year-round) - Three outdoor hot tubs - Sauna - Gas grill area with grill timers (up to 60 minutes) and picnic tables - Clubhouse/game room - Business center - Tennis courts - Laundry facilities - Ski locker storage THINGS TO KNOW THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING YOU CANNOT BRING ANY GRILL ONTO THE PROPERTY There are community grills near the pool area you can use. Guest access You'll receive your key pad code on the day of arrival. The key pad is mounted on your unit door; enter your code and press the check mark icon (Yes) to unlock. Your unit is in the 100 building on the west end of the property - take the first parking lot entrance before the Timber Run sign on Walton Creek Road, then follow the breezeway marked 111-121. Unit 113 is on the left just past the trash enclosures. Your ski locker is marked 113 and sits directly next to your front door. Other things to note The pool and hot tubs are open daily from 10am to 10pm; use the code provided on your key rack to access them. They're located across from the parking lot on the far side of the clubhouse near buildings 200 and 300. A dry sauna and restroom facilities are also in the clubhouse. Coin-operated laundry (washers $1.50, dryers $1.00) is available on the lower level of the 101-110 breezeway across from units 109 and 110 - you'll need to bring quarters from off-property.
