The space You'll be located right in historic downtown, so most of the things you'll want to do are just a short walk away. Just around the corner is Avenida Del Mar, a street full of restaurants and shops to visit. If you're lucky enough to be there on Sunday, there is a farmers market and vendors are out rain or shine from 9am-1pm. The first Sunday of each month, along with the farmers market, is an art and crafts fair from 9am-4pm where you can purchase and view art, crafts, and other creative items. Two main attractions in San Clemente are the pier and beach, where you can enjoy a nice meal, a stroll, some fishing, and amazing coastline views. If you are looking to surf, this is the place to be. If you venture further south, you will find Lower Trestles, which is a world class surf spot 3 mi from the house.
