SVR - 00779 The space This stylish and comfortable space is the perfect home away from home for your visit. One block to Forsyth Park, Sentient Bean Cafe, Brighter Day health food. Short walk to historic downtown to enjoy a multitude of activities including restaurants, shopping, antiques, historical sites, ghost tours. This is an old house built in 1874. While it is quite and peaceful, you will hear the stairs creaking, walking on hardwood floors, and talking that occurs on the different levels so this may not be the best choice for a romantic getaway. Guest access Boho South Suite is located on the second floor of this historic home, built in 1874, and has a private, en-suite bathroom. Please keep the bedroom door closed as the cat is not allowed in the guest room. Downstairs you’ll find a classic and comfy living room, a bright, sun filled dining room, and an open kitchen with a breakfast bar. There are two exterior spaces for guest use including a large front porch with rocking chairs and a back deck to enjoy your coffee or cocktails. We do have a resident opossum who finds his way onto the front porch occasionally. He is harmless and we ask that you do not interact with him. No unconfirmed guests allowed. During your stay I'm always available for questions, directions, or suggestions for things to do and see during your stay. Other things to note There is a rambunctious and curious house cat. He is not allowed in the guest room. Please keep the door closed so that he cannot get into the room. We’ve also recently rescued a puppy who loves attention. Minimum night stays may vary depending on seasonal demand.
