Basketball court, cornhole, fireplace, outdoor sound, RV parking & dedicated parking on property. This home is surrounded by beautiful vineyards. Will be ideal for large family gatherings. The space This 1960s home sleeps up to 20 people comfortably. A cool bunk room for kids. The 80k gallon, 10ft deep pool with slide will keep any group entertained for hours. The hot tub is unlike any other and is heated all year round. It can comfortably accommodate 12-15 adults. There is also a firepit to gather around and look at the stars. There is a BBQ pit and Treager smoker available for use. Kitchen and bathrooms have all been recently updated. Primary and hall bathrooms, as well as kitchen, all have Bluetooth enabled speakers. Guest access The entire property behind the gates is accessible to guests. Late checkout may be available for an additional fee. There is a tablet for pool operation. There will be an additional fee of $250 if the pool sweep/hose is taken out of the pool during your stay. This function is paramount in allowing the filters to do its job. Other things to note Landscapers, pool, and maintenance workers may be on property during your stay. Backyard may be used for additional parking. We are also in Agriculture district and maintenance of surrounding vineyards may occur during your stay.
