RV Mountain Biking Oasis

This is a 37 foot RV that will have full electric and water hookup. I will provide written instructions on how to operate things and if you have any questions before you book please call me or email me. I will provide WiFi password, fresh beddings and towels, and coffee. I am near Atlanta, downtown Woodstock, Canton water park, tones of bike trails, and the outdoor mall at sixes. Bike trails include Hobgood Park, Roapmill Park, and Blankets Creek (which is just 5) minutes from the house. The space It is fun to go camping or just have your own space in a quiet area where you can get work done. The RV is in a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic. The living space is ample with an area for eating and setting up your laptop. Full kitchen and refrigerator for easy meal cooking. You can watch DVD's or just cable from the large TV. The back bedroom area has a soft queen bed with accessible plug for your devices. Plenty of storage space. Air conditioning for the front of the RV as well as the back bedroom. (typically only need to run the front one.) Guest access All spaces inside the RV are available for best usage. The shower is small but it is an RV. Also hot water heater must be turned on 15 minutes before required usage to get warm and will only give you 15 minutes of hot water for shower purposes. To conserve the hot water the shower nozzle has an on off button. The shower nozzle is a massage nozzle and the water does get very warm. Sleeps 7 (max occupancy): Freshly laundered bed linens included for no additional fee! Master with walk around queen bed with upgraded memory foam mattress - sleeps 2 Couch converts into a queen size bed - sleeps 2 Dinnette converts into wide twin - sleeps one adult, possibly 2 smaller adults or children Love seat provides a short sleeping surface for a child One super slide out in living area makes it very roomy inside Because this RV has a 3 seat couch and a double seat love seat, it provides very comfortable seating for on the road travel and while camping Captains chairs swivel 180 degrees for additional living room seating when parked Large TV with DVD in main living area. No TV in the bedroom Bath with large shower stall, sink and toilet Fully stocked kitchen included for no additional fee (detailed list provided with a reservation) Full kitchen with 3 burner gas cook top, oven, microwave, refrigerator with separate freezer & double sink Cold AC - 2 units, one in front and one in bedroom for comfortable summer camping. Other things to note The only negative is the above mentioned small shower and 15 minute wait time for the hot water and 15 minute supply of hot water once it is heated. All other aspects are just like home.
