Welcome to an old barn located in a village, in the Auxois countryside, close to all shops (10 km). Ideal for a quiet holiday, with nature to unwind. You will be able to enjoy cultural visits, sports and leisure activities: hiking or mountain biking, climbing, the Morvan and its lakes 40 km away, Châteauneuf, Flavigny, Semur, Fontenay, Alesia, Bussy-Rabutin, the Auxois Zoo, Dijon, the Wine Route... The space This 140 m2 stone house has parking in the courtyard. It consists of 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs: a master suite with double bed (160 x 200 cm) + extra heater and its private bathroom with large shower and its sink and toilet, a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) as well as another bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) of a bathroom with bathtub and sink and toilet. On the ground floor, a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, fully equipped, a shower room and a separate toilet, a laundry room and a garage. Possible access to the vegetable garden and vegetables in summer. Amenities: Wi-Fi, fridge/freezer, induction stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, TV, stereo, PS2 console with games, ping-pong table, games for children. Complete baby equipment, free on request. Pets not allowed. Beds made on arrival and towels included. Guest access you have access to the entire house and all its amenities.
