Relax in our cozy 1-bedroom apartment with pool views, located in a largest common area condo condo that has 6 pools, gyms, saunas, a library, kids' club, Starbucks, and a restaurant. Just a short walk to Surin Beach, it’s ideal for a peaceful getaway. Enjoy the sounds of water, and kids playing as you unwind on the balcony. It’s also a friendly spot to meet people and socialize by the pool. The space The room size is approximately 36 m². The bedroom and living room are separated by a sliding partition, and there are two air conditioners, allowing the rooms to be used independently. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, and a dining table with two chairs. The living room has a sofa bed that can be unfolded on the floor for extra guests. Please request this in advance or ensure the correct number of guests is set in your reservation, so we can prepare additional linens and towels if needed. The balcony features chairs and a small table, perfect for enjoying coffee with a beautiful view. If you smoke on the balcony, please ensure the doors and windows are tightly closed to prevent the smell from entering the room. The bedroom has a king-size bed with hotel-grade cotton linens. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and the wardrobe is conveniently located in the bathroom. Guest access You have access to all the condo facilities: six swimming pools, including rooftop pools on all 8-storey buildings (numbers 1, 5, 6, and 7) and ground-level pools near buildings 4 and 7. There is also a pool bar next to building 4. Gyms and saunas are located in buildings 4 and 7. The library is in building 7. The round lobby building features a Starbucks coffee shop, and the condo restaurant is located next to the lobby. Free parking spaces are available near buildings 1 and 3, while covered parking can be found next to building 7 and beneath the round lobby building. Other things to note The condo offers fantastic views as it is situated on a hill. There is no transportation provided within the condo complex. We accommodate many guests, including families with children. You may want to consider renting a car or motorbike to explore the island. We’ve set up a few welcome amenities in your room, including shampoo, shower gel, towels, linens, water in the fridge, garbage bags, and liquid detergent. We typically won't disturb you during your stay, and we do not replenish these items. If you need additional amenities, you can purchase them at nearby Lotus, Mini Big C, or 7-11 stores. Your reservation includes a final cleaning service upon check-out. If you require extra cleaning or a linen change during your stay, you can request these services for an additional fee. Utility fee is included into reservations of 27 nights and less. If you are booking 28 nights and more, there is utility charge 6 baht per unit electric, 30 baht per unit water. This room offers a lovely pool view, where you may occasionally hear the cheerful sounds of kids playing or the calming flow of water.
