This apartment is located in a desirable area of Nassau. in walking distance to the beach and Supermarket. Every other amenity you would need is also in close proximity on the bus route i.e. Starbucks, pharmacy, gym and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and offers an easy commute to Downtown Nassau and Paradise Island. We would love to host you. The space We put a lot of love into our apartment. The space includes a stylish modern decor with a beach vibe. Includes a comfortable full- size bed with an en suite bathroom. The kitchen is set up with a microwave, refrigerator and stove with oven to meet our guest cooking needs. Backup generator on property. We have prepared a welcome guide that should answer all your questions about the island and neighborhood. If there is anything additional you would like to know, please let us know. Guest access Guests can gain access to the apartment from a private entrance with a walk gate to the south side of the house. The entrance pathway leads you directly to the door of the apartment. The host side of the property has a small urban homestead with 3 delightful hens, that try their best to be as quiet as possible. Guest do not have access to the host side of the property. Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am. Other things to note The apartment is located outside the city center. While public transportation is available, a rental car is highly recommended. Public transportation is available between the hours of 6am and 7pm daily except Sundays. Bus fare is $1.25 per person, per trip but is subject to change by the Bus Authority. NB: At present there is increase construction activity in the area.
