On the ground floor is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a paddock for games, a play area, a hot tub and a terrace with furniture and outdoor electric grill, as well as the farm to wander and enjoy outdoor activities. The Barn is a smashing base for big groups to enjoy a lovely Devon holiday. Note Please let us know at time of booking if you don't require the Hot Tub there is a £100 supplement to use the Hot Tub during you stay please bring your own towels. Note: Three well-behaved dogs welcome, there is a £75 pet supplement charged per dog.
