Prior to arrival, submit your adult guest list to the host — this is required for gate registration. We recommend stocking up before arriving as options within the community are limited. 🐻 Wildlife & Trash: Black bears and other wildlife are active in this area year-round. All trash must be bagged and tied tight before placing in the outdoor bin. The bungee straps on the bin must be secured at all times — this is essential, not optional. Never leave food, trash, or scented items outside unattended. 🔇 Quiet Hours: Wolf Laurel is a peaceful residential community. Please be respectful of neighbors during evening and overnight hours, particularly with outdoor noise, music, and hot tub use. 🏘 Community Amenity Passes: Guests must check in at the Wolf Laurel POA Community Center (91 Village Lane, Mon–Fri 9AM–4PM) before using any community amenities. Temporary membership cards are issued at check-in and must be carried at all times — guests without cards will be denied access.
