Let us know immediately if you have caused damages, we will negotiate in favour of you if you are honest and sincere. Otherwise, we will fully charge for the damages. 7. Do not move the furnitures. 8. Do not put excessive load and/ or excessive detergent to our washer dryer, it will damage the dryer. We will not be hesitate to claim for damage if repair works is required. 9. Strictly no pets allowed at any time. 10. Do not consume food and beverage in the bedroom. 11. Proper swimming attire are required at all time while using the pool. 12. Covered carpark available, please check with us for availability. 13. Shall comply with any and all laws, ordinances, rules and orders of any and all governmental authorities affecting the cleanliness, use, occupancy and preservation of the Premises.
