Our 79 sqm flat, with high ceilings and modern furnishings, boasts 2 bedrooms( queen size sofabed and a double bed) , a chic living room with a huge sofabed and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a 65-inch smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and the convenience of a dishwasher. Centrally located on the upper ground floor, it's a short walk to Andrassy Road, Szechenyi Bath, City Park, and Heroes Square. Excellent public transport links make exploring easy. :) The space Living Room: The spacious living room invites you to relax on a huge, comfy sofa bed while enjoying your favorite shows on the 65-inch smart TV. Guests can log in to their own Netflix or streaming accounts, as there are no traditional TV channels. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including an oven, cooktop, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Whether you're preparing a full meal or just morning coffee, you'll find all the essentials right at your fingertips. Main Bedroom (opens from living room): The main bedroom offers a cozy double bed, built-in wardrobe, and a dedicated reading corner for quiet evenings. It also includes a comfortable workspace, perfect for remote work or planning your day. Second Bedroom (opens from hall): The second bedroom features a queen-sized sofa bed that doubles as a spacious sleeping area. A large wardrobe provides ample storage for longer stays. Bathroom & Toilet: The large bathroom includes a bathtub, a wide mirror, and two sinks, making it ideal for couples or families. A separate toilet is conveniently located right next to the bathroom for added comfort. Guest access Your booking is for the entire apartment, so all rooms are for your use except the locked storage room (the first room on the right as you enter, accross the hall). It’s used to store cleaning supplies and extra linens. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Please make sure to book for the exact number of guests staying, as we prepare the apartment accordingly. Let us know your arrival and departure times in advance so we can schedule cleaning appropriately. We provide 1 towel per guest and change them weekly. Parties, events, stag/hen parties, loud or late-night drinking are strictly prohibited. Visitors are only allowed with prior approval. The TV is a smart TV with no live channels - you can log in with your own streaming accounts. Shampoo and shower gel are not provided. There is a moka pot with ground coffee. Sometimes laundry may still be drying on the rack or in the dryer upon arrival. The kitchen is equipped with salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee - anything else you may need should be purchased by you.
