The dining room seats eight and includes a wine cabinet, perfect for shared meals or game nights. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a walk-in pantry, and a coffee bar, along with all the essentials, including sugar and creamer. Please note, the HOA allows for 2 vehicles parked in the driveway and no more than 2 vehicles parked on the street against the curb directly in front of the home.
