Also upstairs are 3 bedrooms - the master and second bedroom with queen beds and one porter cot, plus a 3rd bedroom with two king singles as well as a luxurious main bathroom with bathtub. Downstairs is the perfect kids club, with 2 further bedrooms each with a bunk bed and a games room with pool table and foosball table. There is also another kitchenette, a second lounge with tv, a separate bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer and doors open out from the games room onto the back yard. A longer walk or short drive will take you to Ulladulla, where you can find all manner of shops, supermarkets, cafes restaurants and bars. The famous Rick Steins Bannisters by the Sea restaurant is only a 5-minute drive away, while the historic town of Milton is only a 10-minute drive, where you will find the popular Woodstock handmade Chocolate shop, cafes, restaurants and boutique stores. Mollymook is located on the Shoalhaven coast, 3 hours drive south of Sydney, just past the Jervis Bay area. It is famous for its stunning coastline and pristine beaches, and offers an opportunity to take a deep breath and unwind for a little while, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
