The space This is a privately owned, one-bedroom apartment (60.02 m2 / 646 sq ft) located on the second floor. It is an exterior unit facing Carrera 9 and is not affiliated with the hotel that also operates within the building. As a private condominium, the apartment and its occupants must comply with the condo association's rules and bylaws, similar to any residential building. DISCLAIMER: Upon request, we can consult the building manager to check if any construction or renovation work is planned during your stay. However, we are not liable for any changes after such inquiry. The manager is not obligated to notify owners or residents about upcoming projects, and we do not oversee, monitor, or manage notifications regarding building renovations or common area maintenance, nor issues related to other units. Guest access All guest must be registered and providing government issued identification at the front desk. The unit maxium occupancy is 4 peolpe during the day and 2 adults overnight. A baby crib is available upon request. Other things to note PRICE IS NON-NEGOCIABLE AND WE ONLY RENT THROUGH AIRBNB (please don't ask). Descaunts are factored in the calculation for longer stays. Cleaning services: For leases longer than 5 days, cleaning is included with the rent and it must take place every 10 days. (Cleaning involves service personnel cleaning the entire property and providing fresh towels and linens, please don't wash linens and towels in the in-unit washer and dryer in the unit). For leases shorter than 5 days, tenants are expected to leave the property as clean and in the same condition as they found it.
