Holiday home with creative space for 13 people

Our holiday home is located in a village in the unspoilt French Ardennes. The large house is an exceptional old doctor's house, originally renovated while retaining the old accents. A large garden of 4000m2 to relax in. It is suitable for families and large groups of up to 13 adults and 2 babies/toddlers. In the area there are beautiful walks, bike rides, swimming lakes and numerous French flea markets to get your fix. Perfect location for creative internships and team-buildings. The space We offer our house for a minimum of 4 people to 13 à 14 people. Babies and toddlers can sleep extra in the cots provided for them, and there are additional folding cots for an extra guest or two. The Ardennes Tourist Development Agency has awarded our holiday home three stars ***. The old doctor's house has been very creatively renovated. There is a cozy fireplace and a wood-burning stove. There is a fire bowl outside. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable box springs and each have their own sink. The sheets are ready on the beds (Included in the cleaning costs). Towels and kitchen towels can be ordered when booking (€10/set). There is a bathroom with bath and a separate shower room. Work studio for creative groups, conservatory for lazing around, rummage attic, BBQ, outdoor games. High chair, cot, toys... Guest access The entire house is available to guests. Minimum 4 people, to 13 à 14 people (possibly plus some small children). A spacious studio is available for creative and artistic activities or working with groups. Other things to note Normally you will receive information about the key and we will leave the house entirely to you. Sometimes we are present in the adjacent studio, but then you know that in advance. The village itself is not that idyllic, but the surroundings more than make up for this. The supermarket is conveniently close by, a good bakery nearby and a decent café/restaurant. The thrift store also received many of our holiday visitors. There is a lot of holiday information on site and a cover with good walking routes. In winter, the cozy fireplaces are an asset. Sheets are included (settled in the cleaning fee).
