Our Spacious 4 rooms house (375 m²) welcomes you in a quiet, comfortable environment with view on Abbey of la Cambre, near Place du Châtelain.The pleasure of a large city garden and the ease of a luxurious house offering a perfect address.Living room with open fire, dining room with its design chairs, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor brazier, Sonos installation, reinforced door, Internet/every floor, sports room.Autonomous checkin 24h & luggage storage. Spacious and very quiet house (375 m²) in the heart of Ixelles, one of the most beautiful areas of Brussels (Jardins du Roi, view on the Abbaye de la Cambre), and reputed to be one of the safest areas of Brussels. Just 5 minutes from the trendy Place du Châtelain, you are close to the city centre by tram (10 minutes). The area is known for its famous restaurants, bars and many design shops. Avenue Louise is known for its chic shopping and is only a 10 minute walk away. The whole house is available for guests. There are 4 floors: Internet-wifi (fast connection) on all floors Ground floor: typical 3-room apartment, consisting of : -Entrance hallway -A terrace with view on the garden -Living room with many armchairs and sofas with cable TV (70 channels), DVD and Sonos music system, open fire -Dining room with design table for 8 people -Kitchen overlooking the garden with large fridge and freezer, traditional oven, steam oven, dishwasher, tumble dryer, food processor, blender -Small events can be organised, but only on request during the booking process and at an additional cost.
