The residential complex has 24/7 security and a single access with a control booth, which allows a quiet environment to walk its streets on foot and enjoy a relaxing walk. You don't have to worry about parking. There's space in front of the house to park your vehicles safely. Guest access Access to our property is always accessible and flat during any time of the year. When you rent Casa Fira, you can exclusively occupy all areas of the house. None of our areas are shared because we want you to enjoy your vacation without worrying about anything. Other things to note We do not accept additional guests or pets without prior authorization prior to check-in. Additional people have an extra charge per night per person. Visitors are not allowed at the property, we only accept the number of people reported in the reservation Check-in is between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm. If you want to do it after 4:30pm it has an additional charge of 15 dollars for attention. The house has a cistern of water so that in case of any interruption of service you can supply without inconvenience, for a few hours. For short stays we include 30 kW/H per night booked. If you exceed that amount, you will be charged an additional 0.50 cents per kWh in excess. For long stays, electricity consumption is charged according to the consumption reflected in the energy meter.
