The space Ideal for families, our house is in a well-located condominium, with a complete structure for those seeking comfort and tranquility on the coast. The condominium offers an adult and children's pool, playground, and two parking spaces. The house is spacious, with two floors, access by stairs with handrails, ensuring more safety, especially for children and the elderly. There are two comfortable suites with a double bed and balcony, a toilet, as well as a private outdoor area equipped with a barbecue grill, pool table and board games – perfect for gathering the family after a day at the beach. The house also has an additional room with 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed, ideal for accommodating more guests comfortably. Important: We do not provide bed and bath linens (towels), so we recommend that guests bring them. A complete space to enjoy unforgettable days with your loved ones! Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the house throughout the stay. The entrance to the condominium is through a gate with remote control, delivered at check-in. During their stay, guests can also enjoy the entire condominium structure, including the adult and children's pool and the children's playground, ideal for family leisure time.
