Cats and other animals are not permitted at any Deadwood Rentals properties under any circumstances. • A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay applies for up to two dogs, with a maximum weight of 30 lbs per dog. • Prior to booking, guests must provide a description of their dog(s) for pre-approval. • Pets that shed must remain off furniture and beds to help maintain cleanliness standards. • For the safety and comfort of your pets, we strongly recommend kenneling when away from the property. • If barking disturbs neighbors or other guests, alternative arrangements may be required. • Guests are financially responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by pets, including professional carpet cleaning or steam cleaning if necessary. • Any pet not approved prior to arrival will result in a minimum additional charge of $200. • Excessive shedding or additional cleaning needs may result in added cleaning fees.
