Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night so the neighbors stay happy. ★ Bathrooms & beds: 4 baths for up to 20 guests. 2 king suites have ensuite baths; 4 rooms have a queen bed plus a bunk bed. ★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Pets must be disclosed before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement. ★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per night for each additional guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100.
