Welcome to Dublin! This traditional red brick neighbourhood is located in Beaumont, the northside of Dublin. This house is in between the Dublin Airport and Dublin City Centre, with easily accessible public transportation. Here are some key features: ⚫ A spacious 5-bedroom house with a garden ⚫ Bus stop to the City Centre and Airport is a 3-minute walk ⚫ Supermarket is 5-minute away ⚫ A fully equipped kitchen ⚫ Three shared bathrooms ⚫ Shared common space P.S. A cat named Lily The space Here's what we offer: In Your Room: ⚫ Ground Floor Room: This room is located on the first floor next to other guestrooms. ⚫ Bathroom Access: Three shared, detached bathrooms are available. ⚫ Detached Bathrooms: Access requires walking through common areas (kitchen and office). ⚫ Bed Options: The bed can be configured as a king bed or two twin beds. ⚫ Security: Equipped with a password lock for added security. ⚫ Amenities: Bedding, bath towels, and a laundry basket for self-checkout are provided. Common Spaces: ⚫ Movie Space: A cozy spot featuring a projector (our favorite!). ⚫ Workspace: Additional workspace is available. ⚫ Laundry Facilities: A washing machine and dryer are provided. ⚫ Kitchen: Fully equipped with a fridge (note: no dishwasher, apologies for the inconvenience). ⚫ Fitness Equipment: Yoga and workout equipment are available for exercise. Guest access ⚫ Please use the key safe for self-checkin. ⚫ You can find bus routes and travel guides in our guidebook. ⚫ If you're in a wheelchair or on a bike, please message us in advance, and we'll prepare the side door on the ground floor for easier access. ⚫ We offer elderly-friendly facilities, including handles and shower seats for added convenience. During your stay I work from home and have meetings often, so I am more responsive outside of work hours. Other things to note ⚫ We have a cat named Lily. If you are allergic, please let us know in advance! ⚫ There are no TVs in the house, but we have a projector. ⚫ Smoking is not allowed indoors. ⚫ Please be considerate and keep noise levels down after 10 pm. ⚫ If you'd like to invite a friend over, please ask us first!
