Lost items will be kept at the facility for 14 days, but please note that they will be disposed of after 14 days. For hygiene reasons, food will be discarded during cleaning. Please note that additional costs will be incurred in the following cases. ①Delivery of forgotten items Domestic = We will send it by cash on delivery. A separate fee of 2,200 yen including consumption tax will be charged once. We do not ship overseas. ②Disposal of bulky waste such as suitcases and buggies = ¥4,400~ ③Cancellation of cleaning on the day due to guest convenience If you request to extend your stay on the day or if you have no other choice but to cancel the cleaning on the day, we will charge a separate cleaning fee for one time. If there are any changes to your reservation, such as an extension of stay, please be sure to let us know 12 hours before check-out. ④Fireworks, cigarettes, and electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited in this facility. Smoking is not allowed indoors or on the streets around the facility. Violation of this rule will result in a fine in accordance with the law. Cigarette butts must not bring into the building. When staff finds cigarette butts in the trash or anywhere in the facility, or the smell of smoke is confirmed, a deodorization fee of 50,000 yen or more will be charged, depending on how bad the situation is.
