Kitchen and dining area are connected with living room making it spacious and comfortable. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay - it is air-conditioned and connected to central heating, the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, there is a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, and cable TV. The location is excellently connected with all the parts of the city by public transport. Bus and tram stations are just around the corner. The central position in town will allow you to reach every main attraction on foot and to enjoy city night life without the need to depend on the public transport. Nearby there is 24/7 grocery store. If you are coming with a car there is a private garage in front of the building for your car. Guest access You will have the whole apartment for yourself. Other things to note We offer our guests all the privacy they want. We are not present in the apartment or even in the apartment building. So - after check-in the guests have their own privacy but if they will need something they can contact us at any time. As the apartment is in a residential building please do not make too much noise (parties) at night as it can annoy the neighbors. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. We have a self-check-in procedure. No need to wait for us, you can enter whenever you want. We will ask you to send us your ID photo in advance so we can register you and give you the codes for entering the apartment. We might need to send you self-check-in instructions by email. Personal check-in (when we wait for you at the apartment) is possible with an extra charge.
