You'll have everything you need in this beautiful and comfortable apartment. Welcome home, this is the place! The space Beautiful penthouse with ocean and Barcelona city views. Composed of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds). Bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with stunning views. In the living room there is a sofa bed (135x200), which will be the fourth bed. Free Wi-Fi. Smart TV. *Notify in case a crib or high chair for babies is required. *Notify when pets are staying in the apartment. €30 per stay and per pet (maximum 2 pets) *Notify when private parking is needed. Only suitable for small cars. (€20 per stay) *This apartment is in a quiet residential community, so we don't want groups of friends under 30 years old who come with the intention of spending their vacations together. *Tobacco smoke and noise detector inside the apartment. *Indicates a maximum of 5 people, but in the case of families we can grant one more place. Guest access *Community pool with year-round availability on the building's top floor, with stunning views. The opening times are from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. The pool is an area for enjoyment but also for relaxation. Out of respect for the neighbors, be polite and civilized. Bringing drinks or food to the pool is strictly forbidden (except water as a drink). Animals cannot enter the pool enclosure. It is strictly forbidden to enter the water with any type of clothing other than a swimsuit or bikini (neoprene, street clothes, thermal surf shirt, burkini, etc.) *Elevator in the same building. * Keep quiet in all common areas: entrance, elevator, stairs, and landings. Respect the neighbors. Other things to note We are located in "El Rengle" in Mataró. Area of small and large shops Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. within a 1 minute walk. University "TecnoCampus" 3 minutes walking. It has great facilities to get to the beach, Barcelona city and anywhere you want in the area. Connections to National Highway II and the highway are very close and well connected. Right in front of the sea you have a great avenue of parks, perfect for walking, doing sports, or just relaxing. A 15' walk you have night party spots in the Mataró, it is the reference area on the Maresme coast for this type of leisure. It is a residential and quiet neighborhood, so it is totally forbidden to make noise after 10 pm and of course to make any type of party or event. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and carries a fine of 50 to 250€ Pets under 10kg are allowed on request with an additional cost of €30 per pet and per stay. Maximum 2 pets. This home is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record the conversations, only the decibels, this system serves to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood and even defend the guests in the face of a neighbor who considers that a noise is being made that later turns out not to exceed the allowed decibels. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise can be sanctioned with a penalty and even immediate expulsion from the listing. We provide toilet towels, only for bathroom, in no case these towels are for use to go to the beach as the sun can fade them and they are not for that use. Otherwise, you will be charged 12€ per unit. There is the possibility of parking for small/medium cars in the basement for an additional €20. Regular check-in between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm, after 8:00 pm you will have an extra charge of €30 per late check-in, after midnight 50€. Check-ins on Sundays and holidays have an extra cost of €30. The regulations of our country require us to verify the passport information, identity document of the traveler. This is why it will be mandatory to register travelers electronically via the link that will be sent once the reservation has been confirmed.
