Coexistence and Safety Rules To ensure a relaxing atmosphere and respect for the neighborhood community, it is imperative to comply with the following: Use of the pool - Environment: Educated and civilized behavior is required; it is an area of enjoyment and relaxation. - Dress: Only the access to the water is allowed with a bathing suit (swimsuit or bikini). The use of wetsuits, street clothes, thermal t-shirts or burkinis is forbidden. - Food and Drink: No access with food or drinks (except water). - Pets: No animals are allowed in the pool enclosure. Neighborhood Respect - Common areas: The silence must be kept at the entrance, elevator, stairs and landfills to respect the coexistence with the neighbors. Rules of Stay and Commitment to Coexistence Our penthouse is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. To ensure your rest and that of the neighbors, we request compliance with the following: Times and Flexibility - Check-in: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. - Late arrivals: After 8pm (+30€) or after midnight (+50€). - Holidays: Earnings on Sundays and holidays have a surcharge of €30. -Check-out: By 10am. - Flexibility: Let's talk! We'll be happy to adapt according to the situation for your convenience. Tranquility and Security (Minut System) - Rest: I prohibit noise after 10pm and the making of fiestas or events. - Guest Protection: The apartment has a Minut decibel detector (does not record conversations) that guarantees the peace of the building and protects guests against possible unfounded complaints. *Note: System manipulation or excessive noise can result in penalties or removal from the listing. Legal Requirements and Tasks - Registration of Travelers: By legal regulations, it is mandatory to complete the telematic registration of identity through the link you will receive after the reservation. - Tourist tax: €1.75 per person per night (maximum 7 nights), payable upon arrival. Pascotas y Cuidado del Hogar - Pets: Up to 2 pets (less than 10kg) are accepted upon prior request for an additional 30€ per stay. - Smoking Prohibition: Strictly NO smoking inside (fine from 50€ to 250€). - Bond: Groups under 25 years old must deposit a deposit of 300€ when entering. - Bath towels: Please do not use bath towels for the beach or the pool (replacement fee: €12 per towel).
