The space This spacious studio comes equipped with internet and cable. Laundry service is available at an additional cost. Located on a secured property consisting of one main house and two other studio units. Very convenient for both short and long- term stays. Guest access Your home away from home is located in a secure complex with your own entrance. There is the main gate to access the parking area then another gate that leads to the unit - your studio also has a grill and deadbolt lock making it very secure but also easy to access. Other things to note The main road leading to my home is currently under construction, however, it is a very short distance from the main road and shouldn't pose any major inconveniences. There is hot water in the unit but may be affected by the water pressure during peak hours.
