Bedroom 2 1 x double deck bed (1x single bed + 1 double bed) with 1hp air-condition. Bedroom 3 1x single bed , with 0.5hp air-condition. Lounge - with 0.5hp air-condition, ceiling fan, an access to bathroom with bathtub. For relaxation, reading, or socializing, providing guests with an additional area to unwind. Small room for co-host use closed/locked. Guest will have free one vehicle secured parking space within gated property. Alternatively, you can park your vehicle in front of the house. This is a non smoking property. Please use outdoor areas for smoking. Guest access The whole house except the 1 locked small room on the 2nd floor for the co-host use. Other things to note The subdivision is a 10-minute walk from the main road. With the accessibility of habal-habal or motorbikes available outside the subdivision gate, Angkas motorbikes and uber are available in the app.
