Other things to note - NO PARTY in the house - KEEP THE NOISE DOWN after 10:00pm. - NO SMOKING in the room, please go outside, to the balconies - KEEP THE STREET TIDY AND NOT THROW GARBAGE from the balconies, terrace and outside the main door - Vietnam and especially Hanoi is in humid/tropical area. It can be easy to attrack insects if you leave food out or leave the door, window open.
