This home fits 2 guests comfortably but can accommodate 4 using the couch to sleep on, and a pull-out cot. The Apartment is over our garage and is detached from our main house. We do have a LOVELY Great Dane on property and children on property. Over the age of 18 is welcome to enjoy strolls down an 850 foot dock that leads you through the marsh to deep water. There is one Primary bedroom with a queen size bed. This apartment offers peek-a-boo views of the marsh and the Bohicket river. The apartment has one full bathroom, a kitchen with basic cooking needs, a living room, and a dining table that seats 4. We have provided extra amenities like a coffee pot, toaster, cooking utensils, fridge, Smart TV, WIFI, smart speaker, and more. PETS: please do not leave pets unattended. They must be caged when you leave the house to avoid furniture damage and accidents. DETAILS: Our home is located 15 minutes from the beach just down the beautiful oak-lined iconic Bohicket St. You can access the beach through Beach Walker Park with a small parking fee. Owner of airbnb has children on property. PETS: No pets in the backyard (pond side of the house). Pets may enjoy our large one and a half acre front yard. Please do not leave pets unattended.
