Excessive noise is prohibited by the City of Philadelphia and violators are subject to fines and penalties. There is a 24 hour public parking lot directly across the street. We recommend paying via mobile app to facilitate easy renewals as needed. Our beautiful house is perfectly situated to enjoy everything the city has to offer, the museums, fine dining, and the numerous city events on Ben Franklin Boulevard.
