Agritourism in exclusivity for 18/22 persons

Mansión Sa Capella is an Agritourism that can be rented in its entirety or for room and can accommodat from 18 to 22 people. Is a perfect holiday place for families or groups of friends, groups of work, group of yoga and meditation (Yoga room has an extra cost) . The minimum stay is a week, with the check-in day on Saturday. Prices are up to 18 pax. Upon request to stay less then 7 nights and with check-in in a different day. Upon request for groups with more then 18 persons. The space Mansión Sa Capella has a Main House with 6 double rooms with ensuite bathroom, a big kitchen totally equiped with gas and electric kitchen, a big solarium and pool and a big movable Barbecue. And a Guesthouse with 3 double rooms, kitchenette and terrace. It's possible to rent 2 Studio for 2 people each one, for an extra cost. We also have a Yoga Room fully equiped for 20 persons, that we rent for an extra cost. Mansión Sa Capella is near the village of Santa Margalida, and only 8 km far from Playas de Muro, protected área without hotels and constructions or Son Serra de Marina and the Bay of Alcudia, ideal beach for children. House Rules: Parties, weddings are NOT allowed, and noice specially at night after 11pm. Pets are not allowed. Guest access WiFi Connection Included in all areas. Other things to note Are not included in the prices: - Tourist Tax (2,20/night/person), it will be paid cash on check-in. - Heating/Air Conditioning consumption (2€/kWh), it will be paid cash on check-out. A refundable Security Deposit of 500€ has to be paid on check-in and it will be devolved on check-out if the houses has no suffered any damages.
