This is a new build first storey house close to beaches and the main strip. It is very private with its balcony with a view of the dunes and the sea. The space It is a comfortable house with great privacy and a BBQ on the balcony. It also has smart TV, WI-FI and a washing machine and the whole house has air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped for day to day cooking with pots, pans and a stove with an oven. Guest access The whole house and and balcony is for the guests private use. Other things to note The house is on the Beco da Malhada, 12 close to where it intersects with the Rua do Forro in front of the Pousada Ibísco. There is now a tourist tax charged by the local city council of R$37 per person for up to a week’s stay; this can be paid on line using a link on the Jijoca Government website though you will need printed proof of payment on arrival or you can pay at the entrance to the village.
