Golfers will love its proximity to the championship course at Trevose Golf & Country Club and beach goers will enjoy being just moments away from golden sands. Luxurious open plan living, three sumptuous bedrooms and a stunning first floor balcony with views out to sea ensure that a stay at Quiescence will provide a comfortable haven in the midst of all the action. Living The living area at Quiescence is open plan and offers a sleek, contemporary kitchen fully equipped with all mod cons for easy holidaying, a dining table with space for six and a plush corner sofa carefully placed to take full advantage of the coastal views. Vibrant splashes of inky blue and minimalist design offer a stylish beachside ambience. A private balcony provides outside seating from which to watch the gorgeous sunsets and there is also a fabulous electric barbeque for cooking alfresco. Entertainment is covered by the 48” smart TV with Sky TV, Netflix and Sonos sound bar and the house benefits from ultrafast Wi-Fi, ideal for leisure or for when work beckons. Bathrooms There are two bathrooms and a separate cloakroom at Quiescence. The family bathroom is equipped with quality fittings and a bath with overhead shower - enjoy a relaxing soak here after a day on the links or the beach. The ensuite bathroom also has the same high quality feel, with a walk-in waterfall shower, basin and loo. A separate cloakroom is conveniently located on the first floor. Sleeping Quiescence has three wonderfully appointed bedrooms, thoughtfully designed with relaxation in mind. All have deep, comfortable Hypnos beds and the two back bedrooms have blackout blinds – ideal for keeping the small early risers asleep for a well-earned holiday lie in! Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The master room has a super-king bed. This room is light and airy and benefits from its very own terrace – perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while contemplating how to spend the day. There’s plenty of storage space for holiday clothes and a wall mounted 43" TV, again with Sky, provides entertainment if needed. Blue beach huts decorate the wall of the second bedroom. Furnished with a king size bed and a large fitted wardrobe, this room has a calm and luxurious feel. The third bedroom is on the first floor and is set up as a twin, but optionally can be made as a king for further flexibility if needed. A wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables and a school of colourful fish adorning the wall make this bedroom feel like a home away from home. Cotton bedlinen and towels are provided in each bedroom. Facilities There is parking for two cars at Quiescence. The house has underfloor heating throughout and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and the all-important Nespresso machine. Outside The downstairs terrace opens out onto a lawned area which looks down towards the sea. Quiescence has its own surf store where beach items such as wetsuits and body boards can be kept. Golf clubs and trolleys should also be stored here. A communal outside shower is also available – perfect for washing off after a trip to the beach. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note * Bath towels are provided, along with hand towels in each bathroom/cloakroom. Do remember to bring your own beach towels. * Bathrooms are equipped for your arrival – with soap and shower gel as well as bubble bath and enough loo roll for the first day or so. *All beds will have 100% cool crisp cotton sheets. * Cleaning products and loo paper (enough to get you started) are provided in all bath and cloakrooms. Most of our cleaning products are provided by Ecover and Delphis Eco. Under the kitchen sink, you will find enough washing up liquid for your entire stay and washing powder, dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels and bin bags for your first few days. There will 3 tea towels, a jay cloth and a sponge scourer as well.
