During the high season (1 May to 31 October), it is not possible to book for just two days at the weekend, only during the week. The house has: on the ground floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed) for 1-3 persons, a bathroom with WC and shower, accessible from the bedroom and the living room. Large living room approx. 66 m² with conservatory on the 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 large double bed) for 2 people. One bathroom with shower and bathtub, accessible from the bedroom and the gallery. 2 additional mattresses can be added. On the 2nd floor: sleeping level 3 1 sofa bed or 2 mattresses and 1 or 2 additional mattresses for 1 to max. 4 people. In the so-called loft: sleeping level 4 1 low sleeping level (standing upright is not possible) with 2 to 4 single mattresses for 2 - 4 people. Additional sleeping accommodation for children may be available. There is a caravan in the garden with 2 sleeping levels 195 x 200 and 140 x 200 cm for 2 persons each - max. 4 persons. As there is no heating at the moment, it is only available for the months from April to October. It may also be possible to pitch tents and park motorhomes. Guest access The country house with garden: horses live on the entire 7,200 m² property, and directly next to the rented area there is a horse pasture. At the moment, two Arabian thoroughbreds live there – a beautiful sight. Airbnb guests have exclusive use of approximately 3,000 m² of “private” garden, with many flowers, shrubs, trees, and a large natural swimming pond. The Airbnb section of the house – with its own entrance and separate access to the largely secluded garden – is 245 m² in size. Several terraces and spots beneath the trees offer plenty of space for peaceful relaxation. A large covered terrace close to the house provides shade in summer or, when the weather isn’t ideal, a pleasant place to sit outside and enjoy nature. By the pond there is a romantic pavilion, picturesquely overgrown with climbing plants and roses. The courtyard area in front of the house is not a parking space, but it can be used for loading and unloading. Everything your heart and soul need to enjoy a relaxing time. Outstanding hosts! Breakfast under rose arches in the morning after the first swim in the swimming pond, reading a book in the hammock with the splashing of the fountains and the songs of birds in your ears, playing table tennis in the afternoon, sitting in the shady pavilion by the stream and cooking and eating dinner in the cosy country house kitchen in the evening ..... We had a wonderful time!" Gerhard Würth, 2 March 2023: " Ten of us did a tango course there, danced on oak floorboards in the large living room, practised - by the open fire. In between, we went to the sauna and cooked in the generously equipped kitchen. Absolutely quiet, far away from everything, an ideal place for a small seminar." 11.8.23 Christiane Funke and Peter Schlemm: "We celebrated there with friends and family in the summer and had all the facilities we could possibly need. There were plenty of tables and chairs so that we could celebrate our birthday in this beautiful garden with 1000 roses all around us. We sat around 3 fire bowls until late into the night. In between, someone played the grand piano. The beautiful outdoor lighting of the swimming pond and plants rounded off this celebration. The rooms were stylish and atmospheric, with cosy mattresses. As we got up at different times in the morning, having only two bathrooms wasn't a problem - otherwise it might have been a bit cramped. The next party in the countryside is already planned."
