The space This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests and features: · HIGH LEVEL OCEAN VIEW · A well fuctioning Kitchen with SMEG dish washer and Oven,microwave,kettle&tosater,Cutlery,dining sets,wine glasses,cookware set. · A modern stylish furnished Living room with an semi-enclosed balcony which facing the breathtaking Ocean views · Seaview Bedroom completed with 1 Queen size bed|TV · High standard Cleaning & Linen - we hire professional cleaning company to help us maintain a high standard cleanliness of the apartment · Express Check-in & Check-out · Essentials supplied for FREE to get you started ,but will not be refilled during your stay · Fresh Linen/bath towels/showel gel/shampoo etc · Free wi-fi Other things to note -.Keys need to be collected from the designated location please.(3 Mins walk to this building)Address will be provided once your booking is confirmed. The reservation holder must present a valid government-issued photo ID on arrival for Identity verification as part of the check-in process. -If you have any concern or need any help during your stay, please contact me diretcly, i would love to help at anytime. The reception and onsite property management team are for their guests only. -Please take care of your keys during your stay, $200 per lost key will be charged. Always ensure to take your key when leaving the apartment. A lockout fee of $80 will be incurred if we need to arrange access for you between 9:00am - 5:00pm , with additional penalties of $120 for after-hours and weekends. Losing the key and fob will result in a charge of $300. Please be mindful of these conditions. - This is not a party house, please follow the house rules and take care of this brand new property,we appreciate our guests leaving the room clean and tidy. To maintain a peaceful ambiance, please be aware that events, parties, and schoolies are not permitted in the apartment - We couldn't provide baggage storage before check-in or after check-out for security reasons.
