The lake is super quiet which is great for water sports like tubing and boarding ! 2 separate living spaces, great for hanging out all day but having separate spaces at nights. Shallow gradual swimming area with a sandy beach no steep steps !! Very close to the town of sharbot lake (few min drive ) 2 boat launches in town and local marina. All the amenities needed groceries , pharmacy, bank, post office. Nice local restaurants and great local coffee ice cream shop (cardinal cafe) Need a day away downtown Kingston is just under a hour away, great shopping , great restaurants and 1000 Island day cruises ! Extra parking across the road for boat trailer etc on the 1.5 acre lot. Rivendell golf course 20 mins away. K&P trails a few kms away Guest access Easy access minutes off highway 7 or 45 min north of 401 Kingston Other things to note PLEASE NOTE- APRIL/MAY/OCTOBER/NOVEMBER have discounted off season rates .
