The space The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 rooms with queen size beds. A large couch that can fit 2 people and a dedicated office with computer tables & chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking needs and utensils. We live here half of the year and share it to guests while we are away. By reading this, you are warned that personal belongings are visible and the walk-in closet is off limits for everyone. You have enough space to hang your clothes enough space for the group. The living area is large with a patio where you can enjoy quiet times. We do have a cat that lives in outside, which we kindly request you to feed during your stay. She is very friendly and will never get your way. Guest access The master bedroom closet is OFF-LIMITS to guests. None in there should be touched/used by guests. Other things to note PLEASE READ MORE BELOW FOR OUR HOUSE RULES. We expect you to follow ALL these written rules with NO exception. The house is well taken care of... We take pride of our home and we care for it since we live here most of the times during the year. Please note the following: 1. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the house! 2. NO LOUD music at any time. 3. Make sure that the sofa and dining chairs are maintained as you found them - NO STAINING them, otherwise you will be responsible for its washing fee at a minimum of $200, excluding any other damages during your stay. 4. We do not have lifesaving devices in the pool, so swim at your own risk. 5. When using the pool, please be modest in respect to our neighbors, and ALWAYS wear a swimsuit at all times. 6. Electricity is expensive in PR and we ask you to please conserve where necessary - switch off AC when leaving the house and make sure that they are OFF when NOT in use. 7. Only use provided towels and sheets and make sure that you do not use any of our personal belongings in the property. 8. Please don't bring ANY house key with you when you leave the property. Leave it inside the keypad locker as there is NO duplicate — if lost, you are on your own. 9. You will find food everywhere inside lockers — we expect you NOT to consume any of them. 10. We have a cat who lives outside and may occasionally come inside, please let her stay outside and we would be so grateful if you feed her twice a day during your stay. Food for her is provided. 11. IMPORTANT: If there is a power outage in town, unfortunately, we do not provide power backup or a generator, and so candles are found at the house. It is rare to have a power outage, but it occasionally does. 12. We are not liable for any accidents during your stay. Please be careful at all costs. 13. Our shower water is controlled by solar power, therefore if rain continues for days, there could be no hot water. 14. Our pool guy comes in every Thursday between 11am-1pm. He has access to the right gate and he will come clean and go. You will get a reminder beforehand. 15. This is a tropical country, therefore, occasionally, insects, ie: ants, roaches, moths, mosquitoes, spiders, etc. may be present around. If you see one or 2, it is normal in the neighborhood. If you can’t tolerate such, please avoid booking with us! 16. Follow QUIET times from 9 pm to 8 am. Any Noise Complaint will result to IMMEDIATE EVICTION and a FINE of $500! ***SPECIAL NOTE: The house can take up to 8 guests, but we only want as small a group as possible, if you are traveling more than 4 in the group, you can request additional people with an additional fee starting from $39/person a night. However, if you arrive with additional guests without prior notice, you will NOT be accepted at the house and STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for the entire stay- this is for violating our TRUST. Lastly, if you have ANY ISSUE, communicate with us here as you encounter it, and we will try to resolve it as quickly as possible. Overall, please respect our house (and our staff and our neighborhood) as how you would like your house (and people) to be respected.
