The space What does our vacation home offer and how does it help you to arrive quickly on your vacation? Living room: - On the first floor, an approx. 45 m² living-dining area with fireplace, lounge corner, large dining table and access to the terrace - On the upper floor, another spacious living area with sofa, fireplace, hammock and access to the balcony Both living rooms have large LED TVs and PlayStation 4 with games Bedrooms and beds: - 4 bedrooms with 1 double bed each (1 on the first floor, 3 on the upper floor) - 1 bedroom with three single beds (all mattresses have a size of 90*200 cm) Bathrooms: - On the first floor, a daylight bathroom with large shower, washing machine and loving design in wooden elements - On the upper floor, another daylight bathroom with shower, two sinks and also cozy, characterful furnishings Kitchens: On the first and second floors there are fully equipped large kitchens with dining and sitting areas. They are equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven, kettle, coffee maker, 1 microwave on the first floor and much more that you need to cook Special features/outdoor facilities: - The large sauna for up to 6 people invites you to relax - The approx. 30 m² terrace has various seating options and a Weber charcoal grill and invites you to stay outdoors - The balcony above also has seating and allows a view of the inner courtyard Entertainment : - WiFi boxes or audio devices in various sizes can also be booked - Board, party and games for the Playstation 4 are available. Books are also provided and you are welcome to leave read books for future guests - WiFi is available throughout the house Other things to note Bed linens, bed sheets, shower towels and hand towels can be booked optionally. The package costs 15.00 euros per person per week. We ask for information when booking in order to be able to plan the laundry packages accordingly. The house is to be handed over/left swept clean. For the final cleaning, 250 euros will be charged. The tourist tax or the guest fee of the city of Goslar is per person and night: Persons 18 years and older €2.30 From January 1, 2025, the city of Goslar will increase the guest fee to €3.30 Children are exempt from the guest fee You pay the fees directly to us and we take care of the settlement with the city of Goslar. After payment of the guest fee, you will receive a vacation ticket booklet = guest card. This entitles you to take advantage of various leisure activities free of charge. In addition, you will receive discounted admission to various facilities. The staff at the tourist information office will be happy to inform you about all the services of your spa card. The spa cards are created by us and are available in the accommodation.
