A suitable place for larger groups, CosHOME includes 3 apartments on the same staircase, being perfect for larger groups who want to stay together: 2 studios and a separate one-bedroom apartment, with a total capacity of up to 8 people. Ideal for extended families, groups of friends or work teams that appreciate its proximity and privacy. The space CosHOME-apartment is a modern and functional space: The 45m2 apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished to provide you with all the comfort you need. Comfortable bedroom: Double bed with a 160 x 200 high quality mattress for a restful sleep. Open-space living room and kitchen: The living area is perfect for relaxation, equipped with a modern TV and high-speed Wi-Fi internet. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to cook whatever you want. There is a coffee machine and a fridge. Stylish bathroom: Clean towels, essential toiletries and a spacious shower cabin, washing machine with washing gel included and a hairdryer. Guest access The entire space in the apartment and the utensils in it are at your disposal! Other things to note General rules: We want to provide all guests with a pleasant and relaxing experience, which is why following the house rules is essential! To ensure comfort and mutual respect between guests and neighbors, please follow these rules during your stay: 1. Quiet hours: At night: Between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., please avoid loud noises such as loud music, loud conversations, or other activities that may disturb the neighbors. Day: Between 13:00 – 14:00, we recommend keeping a low noise level, according to local traditions. 2. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment. There is a shared balcony for smokers. 3. Parties: Parties or events are not allowed. We want to maintain a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. 4. Pets: Unfortunately, we do not accept pets. 5. Respect for space and community: During your stay, please take care of the apartment and respect the tranquility and comfort of the neighborhood.
