This two bedroom apartment lies in the heart of Downtown Gouna. Looking at a quiet lagoon, the apartment is positioned right across from The Clubhouse, a staple of El Gouna’s everyday life. The unit is beautifully designed with locally handmade furniture and earthy materials down to the accessories and artwork. Enjoy the peaceful rhythm of being a Gounie, and take a well earned break from the busy city life. The space The living room has a big L-Shape sofa customized to the space. Each furniture piece is specially made based on working with a local interior designer. The color palette is reminiscent of my childhood home. Pastel blues, greens and blush pinks decorate the space and give it a soothing and cotton-candy feel. The dining table has a marble top with custom metal and upholstered dining chairs, color coordinated by design. The console and tv unit are made of blue washed oak wood. All the artworks hung in the apartment are by a local artist with custom framing. The pottery and décor are handmade in Cairo as well as some of the dinnerware. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, a stove, fridge and microwave. In the master bedroom you'll find a handmade bamboo headboard matching the bamboo mirror, and the wardrobes specially designed and painted by hand. This space was designed with so much heart and soul, and everyone who uses it feels right at home. It's definitely good energy. Guest access You can use the entire home with the porch. You also have access to the lagoon in front of the unit, you can sit and enjoy the view or even swim in the lagoon. Feel free to walk around the neighborhood. Your neighbors are super friendly and have been living in El Gouna for several years.
