The studio apartment is located on the 19th floor of a high-rise building. From here there are breathtaking views of the whole city and the sea. Not to mention the unique sunsets that offer truly memorable experiences. All this eye candy can be enjoyed from the floor-to-ceiling windows, from the 360 rotating sofa or directly from the bed. THE LIVING ROOM In the living room there is a 360-degree rotatable sofa with an exceptional design and made to order. Which gives you a great opportunity to choose whether to enjoy the sea and city views under a soft plaid, watch TV, ponder your thoughts while looking at the steam fireplace, or be a conversation partner for your companion in the kitchen. Next to the sofa is a side table, which can be used both as a desk to put a computer on and to support a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. There is a transparent wall between the living room and the bedroom, where a TV is installed on both sides, in case you and your partner want to have a different movie experience. The TV includes many programs for watching different movies, regular TV channels and Youtube and much more. BEDROOM The apartment has a 180x200cm super comfortable Kamjo bed for sleeping. In the bed you will find two pillows and two large blankets, so that you can choose whether to sleep under one blanket in the embrace of a companion or have a restful sleep under separate blankets. Right from your bed, you can enjoy amazing city views, the romantic glow of a steam fireplace, or just watch an interesting movie on TV (Netflix, catch-up). In addition, the headboard is decorated with the works "Blinded by Belief" and "Laser Eyes Love" by Eleri Muhkel, a young and talented Estonian artist. The apartment is very quiet and homely, and you can sleep very well here without being disturbed by traffic noise. KITCHEN Near the dining table you will find very comfortable and soft chairs covered with velvet, where you can stay for a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern Electrolux appliances, including a fridge, induction hob, integrated oven and – coffee machine and dishwasher. In addition, in the kitchen you will find a Sage kettle, all Zwilling dishes for cooking (pots and pans), as well as Villeroy & Boch knives and forks. In the kitchen, you can also find plates and cups by Liisu Arro, one of Estonia's most talented ceramic artists, so that you can organize an amazing dinner or breakfast for yourself. You can also find olive oil, salt, sugar, tea and coffee, soap, dishwashing gel and dishwasher capsules in the cupboards. On the same wall as the kitchen you will find the work of another young Estonian artist, her name is Regina - Mareta Soonsein and the work is called "Continuum". CORRIDOR and BATHROOM In the corridor, there is a rather large wall cabinet, and next to the wall cabinet you will find a painting by an artist named Kiwa, who is a multi-output meta-artist, the most outstanding pioneers of Estonian experimental art since the 1990s. The name of the painting is "Paracosmos". The corridor also leads to the bathroom, where you can refresh yourself with a nice shower at the end of the evening or at the beginning of the morning. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, and there are also towels for drying. If necessary, you can also wash clothes, the washing machine is equipped with a dryer (washing gel is also available). There is also a steam iron in the apartment, which can be used to straighten the clothes on the hanger. We strive to offer our guests a memorable experience. Welcome! Guest access ROOF TERRACE and SAUNA As a welcome guest, you have full access to all public areas of the building where you can enjoy common amenities. Including a rooftop terrace on the 6th floor with seating areas. There is also a grill on the roof terrace where you can prepare delicious food. or You can also book a time suitable for you to use the sauna. Next to the sauna, there is also a meeting room where you can enjoy shared moments. Please note that the roof terrace and sauna are not intended for events or parties. NB! The sauna and the meeting/club room can be reserved for an additional fee, with at least 1 day's notice. The earlier you book, the more certain it is that the sauna will be available at a suitable time. GYM (24H) There is also a shared gym on the ground floor of the building where you can find exercise equipment to keep up with your workout routine. Other things to note ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE When you arrive, you don't need to consider anyone, which makes arriving and leaving exceptionally convenient. The entrance to the house and the studio apartment is with codes created for you, i.e. "keyless". Check-in is from 16:00 and Check-out at 11:00. You can also ask for a later check-out. PARKING Parking is free on the street surrounding the building, subject to availability.
