Welcome to our Cozy Ski Mountain Retreat in Park City, Utah! Accommodating 15 guests with ease, our spacious and chic home is conveniently located just moments from the lively downtown area. Whether you're seeking thrilling outdoor adventures or a taste of the city's cultural scene, our home is the ideal base for your stay. After an action-packed day, return to the warm comfort of your home away from home, and perhaps even take a moment to relax and unwind in your own private hot tub. The space The layout of our home enables entertaining on the main floor while providing the option to retreat to bedrooms located upstairs and in the basement. Bedrooms are as follows: - Bedroom 1: King bed with pack n' play and optional twin floor mattress - Bedroom 2: Queen bed - Bedroom 3: Twin over full bunk bed with a twin pull out trundle. Optional twin floor mattress as well. - Bedroom 4: King bed - Bedroom 5: Two twin bunk beds with optional twin floor mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, cups, bowls, and standard household appliances including: - Coffee maker (both single serve and pot) - Coffee bean grinder - Blender - Waffle maker - hand mixers - baking dishes of all sizes - pots/pans - baking utensils Guest access Guests are granted unrestricted access to the entire residence, excluding the owner's closets and supply closets. Other things to note Central location: - 3 minutes to Trailside Bike Park - 11 minutes to Woodward Park City - 12 minutes to Park City Mountain Resort - 13 minutes to Park City Main Street - 15 minutes to Deer Valley - 11 minutes to Kimball Junction - 8 minutes to Park City Hospital - 36 minutes to Salt Lake International Airport • ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD PARTIES, whether inside or outside the property. Our neighborhood is residential and peaceful in the evenings, so we kindly request minimal noise after 10 PM. Our goal is to avoid any disturbances or complaints. Violating this rule will result in immediate reservation termination. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the community's tranquility. • DRIVEWAY PARKING ONLY - Please utilize the driveway for parking and avoid parking in the alley way behind the home. Parking in the alley way will ensure a ticket from Summit County or a towed vehicle at the expense of the guest. • STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY - Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on or within the property. A $500 fee will be assessed for any evidence of smoking. • PETS REQUIRE APPROVAL - A $250 fee will be imposed for having pets on the property without our prior approval. • STRICT LIMIT ON GUESTS - A $50 fee per guest not listed on the reservation will be charged. • LATE CHECKOUT - No late checkouts without first being approved by host. • EXCESSIVE CLEANING - Excessive cleaning requirements post-checkout will result in a fee equal to the extra time required by cleaner. • MAILING LEFT ITEMS - If items are left behind, guests are responsible for shipping costs plus a $20 service fee. • RESPECTFUL TREATMENT - Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Treat the property with care and respect. While we will address any issues promptly, there is no 24/7 on-site staff. • SNOW REMOVAL - Guests are not responsible for shoveling snow although shovels are provided in the event a storm rolls through before hosts can remove the snow. • STARTER SUPPLIES - Complimentary starter packs of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and shampoo are provided. Additional supplies can be provided for a fee during your stay upon request. • REVIEW RATING POLICY - Profiles with a review rating lower than 4 stars cannot book our property on an instant book basis. New profiles without reviews will undergo manual review and additional questions as part of our screening process before a reservation is confirmed. * CHRISTMAS TREE - Host can provide Christmas tree at an additional charge.
