Spacious single rooms in a historic house in the heart of the town of Montefranco, overlooking the Nera river valley. The room is located on the upper floor of the building, and has a bathroom located on the lower floor. The room is accessed via a common area at the complete disposal of guests, with pellet stove and a sofa. A car is recommended as the town is on a hilltop a few km from Terni the main city but a bus connects daily to Terni and the train station but best to check timetable The space The property is located in Montefranco, a beautiful medieval town on the hill top with a view of the entire valley. A car is recommended to reach the town as the only public transport is the bus which connects you with Terni where you can take the train. We offer transportation to montefranco when possible and possibly with some notice at the cost of 20€ based on availability but we are not a taxi service so keep that in mind. You can find the bus timetable online or ask us :) The property can be wholly private if nobody has booked the mini apartment within the same property, otherwise you might have to share kitchen and some communal spaces. The bathroom is completely private. Guest access You have access to your room or rooms if you are in two and a comfortable common area with pellet stove. Downstairs kitchen and dining room can be shared if the other mini apartment is booked otherwise it’s all for you. Terraces and courtyard. Your bathroom is located downstairs and fully private.
