Welcome to our cozily furnished 55 sqm apartment. From here you are within walking distance of the vineyards with great views of Freiburg and the Black Forest. Ideal starting point for cycling trips, hikes and day trips. In the open living and dining area, you can relax and unwind in the evening on the comfortable sofa. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and washing machine. The S-Bahn is a 5-minute walk. The space In our modern, stylish accommodation right on the vineyard, you will enjoy an unforgettable break. The apartment has 2 spacious rooms of 55 square meters and a very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, underfloor heating, large mirror, washing machine and hair dryer. The kitchen offers you plenty of space and has an oven, induction stove with 4 cooking zones, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, pad and filter coffee machine. In the cozy living-dining area, there is a cozy sofa, which can also be used as an additional bed. You also have TV with satellite receiver and radio and a nice dining area. Of course, free Wi-Fi/WiFi is available. For the little guests we have a baby crib and high chair, which we will gladly provide. Our welcome package (free of charge) includes bed linens, various towels for the bathroom, dish towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and coffee pads. You can experience particularly cozy hours in the warmer seasons in your own 'winery ruin' in the garden. We have invested a lot of love and care in the design of this area to make your stay even more pleasant and relaxing. Relax on our comfortable loungers or enjoy your meal outdoors with stunning views of the vineyard. Our apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the wine-growing community of Bötzingen on the beautiful Kaiserstuhl. Directly behind the house you can enjoy the vineyards for cycling, walking and hiking and thus enjoy the unique natural landscape. In the village there are a variety of shops, supermarkets (REWE, ALDI), a bakery and butcher, many restaurants, a large outdoor swimming pool, numerous playgrounds and sports facilities (tennis, soccer), many wineries and a wine cooperative with fine wines, tastings and events. There are countless excursion destinations, events and activities in the immediate vicinity. Great hiking, lots of bike tours, lots of cultural offerings, real culinary highlights, interesting sights, lots of regional events – there is something for everyone. Europa-Park, probably the most beautiful amusement park in the world, is only 25 minutes by car from us. Freiburg is a 15-minute drive away and the S-Bahn [suburban train] takes you directly to the city center (boarding point only 5 minutes' walk from the apartment). By S-Bahn train, you can also reach Breisach am Rhein, the European city, and many interesting villages in Breisgau. The Rhine Valley offers you many impressions, experiences and opportunities for your vacation with us. Alsace/France is also quickly accessible from here and offers its own charm. The Black Forest begins adjacent behind Freiburg and is also directly accessible by S-Bahn (accessibility only 5 minutes' walk from the apartment).
