Large private balcony. Elevator, luggage carts The space Two bedroom/2 bath condo. King bed in the Master Bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom and a new Queen sleeper sofa in the Living room. Second floor unit with newer elevator. Our unit is right next to the elevator. You'll find a luggage cart and grocery cart next to the elevator for bringing things to the room. There is a large private balcony which is accessible from the master bedroom and the living room. We have fully stocked the kitchen and the rest of the condo. Excellent high speed wifi, and Spectrum Cable TV on all three tvs. Our building has more amenities than any other building on Gulf Blvd. We have tennis and pickle ball courts, a putting green, fishing dock, boat docks, private sun deck, and a beautiful new pool as of Nov 2024. Our HOA also just completely updated the laundry facilities with extra washers and dryers. The trolley stops right out front at a bus stop. We have a designated free parking spot for our unit. There are additional visitor parking spots near the entrance of our parking lot. The building itself is just off the main Gulf Blvd, so it is quiet and peaceful but walking distance to everything. There is an outdoor shower to wash the sand off before entering the building. We provide beach loungers, chairs, a wagon, towels, etc. to enjoy the beach across the street. Our building has a crosswalk in front of the miniature golf park. Guest access You'll receive a door code to enter the unit. Feel free to make yourself at home around the building. Most of the building amenities are in the middle between the two sections of the building. -Laundry facility 4th floor use between 7am & 10pm -Community Room 1st floor, there is a charge to rent and must be reserved. -Sun Deck 8th floor-great views too! -Work out Gym 3rd Floor. No children under 12 may be on the boat/fishing dock or in other parts of the building without adult supervision. Farmer's Market just past Salt Rock Grill in open space. Do not hang anything on the balcony railing. Use the garbage chute next to our unit for regular sized garbage bags. Larger items need to be placed in dumpster on first floor garage under our unit. Outdoor shower is on the back of our building behind unit 201 on garage floor. Feel free to use the items in the guest closet for pickle ball, tennis, putting green, etc. Other things to note The Bayshore Yacht and Tennis Club is a beautiful, peaceful location. It is positioned on "The Narrows" waterway which connects Clearwater Bay and Boca Ciega Bay. All the aquatic life must come through the water behind our building to go from one bay to the other so it will be easy to spot dolphins, manatees, a multitude of shore birds, osprey nest off our balcony, rays, and so many fish.
