The house is not in a condominium, but the land is contiguous to the preserved Araras Biological Reserve, giving more privacy and silence to the place. For those who like to enjoy the mountains, it has a complete leisure area including 150 mega speed WIFI, heated pool, steam sauna, barbecue, wood-fired oven, soccer/volleyball field (lawn and screen), game room with official pool, ping-pong, totó, etc. It has a small vegetable garden that offers some fresh and organic spices during your stay. In the house we have four bedrooms, one suite with a double bed, one suite with two beds and two bedrooms with a double bed and a large social bathroom nearby. We have two more attached suites with a balcony, one with a double bed and the other composed of a double bed and a bunk bed. The site is about 9 km away from BR-040, with paved access to the property's door. It has a bakery, restaurant/snack bar and small markets nearby (about 400 m away) that make deliveries. We are concerned about the environment and seek the least possible impact of the house on the environment. Thus, we recently installed a solar energy capture system. In addition, we do selective collection, with the disposal of organic waste for composting and subsequent use of humus in our organic garden. Over the years it has become a reference for our family, our friends, parents of friends and friends of friends; this has forced us to increase the structure so that everyone is well accommodated with more rooms and other additional structures. As the pool is not closed and because it is a region with a very mild climate, on some days the ideal temperature of about 26C. may not be reached. The operation of the sauna will be the sole responsibility of the caretaker. After 9 p.m. it must be turned off. Regarding the use of the spaces and other infrastructure of the site for gatherings and parties, or any event, these will be for the exclusive use of the guests who will stay overnight at the property.
