A smart top floor flat in this small modern block in the heart of North Kensington with a delightful village feel and lovely public gardens with tennis courts literally a stones throw away. The property comprises of a large open plan kitchen living space, a master bedroom with an en-suite and a further bedroom with a small double bed, there is also an additional separate bathroom. Wooden floors throughout. Other things to note This flat is on the market for sale and you may get a request for a viewing during your stay (reasonably unlikely over the Christmas holidays but still possible). We will contact you a day in advance with time and can fit in with your time - for example not before 12pm. Any viewing would of course be accompanied by the agent from Hamptons. As this is currently an unoccupied apartment there is no active WiFi hub directly in the flat (although I am waiting for one to connect any day now). I will provide you with my home bt wifi login details which allows you to connect to our other tenants wifi in the flats downstairs through the BT wifi app and have tested this and had good wifi in the flat. I mention this as if you don't have mobile network or roaming and are 100% reliant on the flat WiFi you may find it a hassle to sign into my bt wifi and I don't know a huge amount about it other than it works for me there so can't provide technical support!
